Order processing times.

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Mondays. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times.

We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and internationally.
• Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 4-5 business days. (Hawaii, Alaska & other US territories: 5-10 business days).
• Orders shipping internationally will arrive within 11-21 business days.

Shipping costs, import taxes and customs fees. 

• For domestic orders the shipping cost is calculated based on address at checkout.
• Orders shipping internationally are offered USPS and DHL International rates which are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country. (*We do not collect international duties at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all import taxes and customs fees upon product delivery). 

Tracking for International Orders.

Tracking for USPS First Class International Mail may or may not be included and it is dependent on the destination country and the postal service of that country.
